Ice this one is almost similar to the es campur or es teller but the difference es doger generally use the shaved ice in a serving. The name itself comes from ice doger ice wagon which was later shortened to doger. The origin of the es doger remains uncertain as there are saying if the ice is coming from Cirebon but comes from Garut. However now es doger has been known widely to many places. Here's a recipe es doger Bandung fresh and delicious that you can serve it at home:
Material used:
- Shaved ice 1 kg
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Young coconut
- Tape cassava 100 gr
- Fresh bread 4 sheets cut into pieces
- 250 gr granualated sugar
- Coconut milk 200 ml
- Black sticky rice 100 gr
- Candil 50 gr
- salt
- The first step is by way of heating the coconut milk. Stir in sugar, young coconut is also salt stir evenly. Wait until the coconut milk and sugar mixture to a boil and then lift up and chill.
- Pour the coconut milk into the mixture of shaved ice and then stir it evenly.
- Freeze the ice. Do not forget to stir the saved ice every 30 minutes. This is done so that the shaved ice is not rotate.
- For serving, you can prepare a serving bowl and add the black sticky rice, candil, fresh bread and then pour es doger then pour the milk in the upper part.
