How to Make Opak

Opak
Opaque cassava is one of the specialties of Sunda, West Java. Comestible this one made of rice flour. Lost selling cassava is opaque, either on the roadside or in the traditional market.

1 kg of cassava, peeled and grated
3-5 cloves of garlic
3-5 spring onions
2-3 tsp coriander
2-3 stalks celery, finely cut.
salt to taste

1/2 - 1 tsp sugar

Way:
Onion, garlic, coriander and milled salt until smooth.
Combine all ingredients in cassava that was in the scar. Do not forget pepper powder, celery and sugar sand. Stir well.
