Fish Grilled Banding Without Thorns

The First Ingredient :
  • 1 fish tail bandeng without thorns
  • 2 citrus fruits limo
  • 200 cc sweet soy sauce
  • 100 gr butter
  • savory spicy sauce 100 cc, for cocolan
  • cucumber, tomato, and basil, for vegetables
 The Second Ingredient :
  • 2 section galangal
  • 0,5 segment ginger
  • 0,5 a segment of saffron
  • 1 stalk lemongrass
  • 3 pieces of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • salt, to taste
How to Make :
  1. Wash the bandeng without thorns until clean, then drain some time
  2. Puree all ingredients both
