Cooking Recipes Grilled Gurame Sundanese

Materials :
  • 2 tails (800 g) carp
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind water
  • 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons oil for sauteing
Subtle Seasoning
  • 3 large red chilies
  • 4 pieces of curly red chillies
  • 2 red cayenne pepper fruit
  • 6 grains of red onion clovers garlic
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Chilli Soy Sauce Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tomato, deseeded, cut into pieces
  • 5 pieces red cayenne papper, sliced
  • 5 green chilies, sliced
  • 2 grains of red onion, slice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
How to Cook
  1. Soak the carp in the lime juice and salt. Let stand for 15 minutes
  2. Heat the oil. Saute seasoning smooth until fragrent
  3. Enter the java acid, mix well. Lift up, add the sweet soy sauce, stir again
  4. Brush the fish with seasoning
  5. Sear the fish while the remaining rub seasonings until cooked
  6. Serve with chilli soy sauce
